DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

PURCHASES

Purchasing a single academy grants access to it without limitations for 3 years, including all updates made to the purchased academy. You also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The right to a refund will be denied if more than 10% of the course has been viewed.

Any subscription activated has auto-renewal enabled by default, but can be canceled at any time from your account without any obligation, at least one day before each renewal date. The plan renews automatically until canceled.

PROMOTIONS

Any subscription promotion remains valid as long as the renewal is active.

In the case of special promotions, the discounted price continues for all renewal months. Deactivating the renewal will result in the loss of access and the ability to reactivate the same promotion if it has expired.

MISCELLANEOUS

FRIENDSKITCH commits to doing its best to ensure the information on the Site is accurate and published in a timely manner. However, news changes continuously, and services that were accurate at the time of publication may quickly become outdated. While we strive to publish updates and continue to provide access to the original service, as with a journalistic archive, we do not return to the original service to reflect new developments. If you wish to find the most up-to-date information on a given subject rather than the full history, you must ensure that the service you are viewing is not already outdated.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other part of these Terms, which will remain in effect and interpreted as if the invalid or unenforceable part did not exist.
